I’m proud to say that this blog has evolved and changed since I started blogging in 2007. It has become an organic chronicle of my life as an entrepreneur and as a person. Through opening businesses, closing them, inheriting a family business, to opening other businesses, I’m really excited to share my experiences and point of view.
They say don’t ever mix personal with professional. And while I agree to some degree, as a small business owner it’s really hard not to. It’s really hard not to mix personal and professional when you dedicate tireless hours to something you’re so passionate about. It’s hard not to when you feel like you have something the world needs and you want to share it with as many people possible. It’s hard not to when it’s all you can think about and all you want to talk about.
My entire life has been a mix of personal and professional. If you’re an entrepreneur, dream chaser, and/or hustler like me then you’ve come to the right place. This blog is all about that. It shows how I continue to make some adjustments, sacrifices, and tough decisions so that I can live a life that’s fulfilling, ambitious, and rewarding.
I’m excited to take you on the ride with me! I love to share experiences, life lessons, business lessons, recipes, and more on this blog. My goal is to give as much as I can as well as share my experiences and what I’ve learned as I continue to embark on my journey as a business woman. It may not be the beginning of my journey, but it’s definitely not the end.
