I’ve been trying to better myself and improve my health for almost 1 year ago. And I’ll be completely honest. It’s hard. Every day is a different mood. Some days I’m dedicated and strict about my diet. Other
days I just feel like stuffing myself with french fries! Today, I feel like the latter.
A few days ago I got food poisoning and have finally been able to eat food without feeling completely nauseous. Since then, I’ve been wanting to eat everything in sight. Especially carbs. I ate oyster crackers and rice to calm my stomach and now my body wants chips, bread, and more rice!
