Brideworld Pasadena Show

2 Sundays ago, we exhibited at the Brideworld Show at the Pasadena Convention Center. It was quite the day, and I wasn’t really sure what to expect. The days leading up the show were a whirlwind. With my personal life completely turned upside down, working 30 hours at my day job, and continuing to work on current orders I was completely lost. I had exhibited at bridal shows before, but never as a stationery vendor. The plan was to use our cases to draw interest and it actually worked well. We got a great response from our phone case designs and our Composition Case like always. But I wanted to do more. I wanted to make our booth more elegant, more interesting. I wish I had more time. More time to prepare the booth. More time to think about my ideas and carry it through. I wanted it to be perfect. But I’ve learned. I can only do my best. I can only do what I can. And it was a great experience! We met some great couples as well as great brides with their friends and families. Meeting great people is part of the reason why I love what I do. Being able to be part of such a special time of a couple’s life is such an honor. And, it’s so much fun!

We created a book of samples for potential clients to see. I liked the idea of a book to keep things together and it allowed our booth to be a bit more streamlined which is exactly what I like. We also hung a few samples so people can pick up the samples and really feel the quality of our papers.

The aisles were packed with people. All the vendors came with great booths. One of my favorite booths was Winnie Couture‘s. Their booth had the pop of color that other booths were lacking. Not to mention those gorgeous gowns. WOW.

Like I said, all in all, it was a great show for us. We met great people, made great connections, and I definitely plan on doing one more this year. But for now, on to planning for Unique LA Spring Show! Let’s hope we get in 🙂

be at the Brideworld Wedding Show at the Pasadena Convention Center on February 24th! It’s been a while since I’ve done a bridal show, a lot has changed since then. I’ve had the chance to really look at my business from a different angle and get down to the very core of what I want to do. And with God’s grace and guidance, I will be doing just that.

At the show, we will be showcasing our 2 main products: Custom Wedding Invitations and our iPhone and iPad cases. I believe that personally, these are the 2 product offerings I’m head-over-heels passionate about. I LOVE what I do!

I’ve decided to really focus on both parts equally, so that is how I’ll be showcasing the products at the bridal show. Half of our display will be invitation samples and the other half will be our cases. Now, the real question is how to really make our booth scream us at the top of its lungs 🙂

Hope to see you there!

Unique LA Recap

Last weekend, we were fortunate enough to be a vendor at Unique LA 5th Annual Holiday Show. There were tons of great vendors selling great products. It was 2 days worth of madness and fun, Charlie and I were actually sad when it was all over (despite how exhausted we were). I didn’t know what to expect, especially it was our first time showing our products there. But we did better than I ever thought we would AND got great feedback as well. I’m so excited for what’s to come next year!

Here are a few pictures from our booth.

Say hello to our friendly and talented neighbors:

We definitely intend to show at Unique again, can’t wait for the next one! Here’s our full gallery of photos from the event. There were tons of eye candy, especially those desserts. YUMMM. Enjoy!
